is one of the most disrespected thing that is necessary to live that is taken
for granted. The causes of the absence in the practice are more idiotic and
non-beneficial than most think. I believe that a major issue in sleep lose is
the use of social platforms designed to keep you and your children engaged and
up late. There have been studies proven that social media also known as

I think a rather extensive precaution should be taken when
it comes to time to turn off all of the social medias. I think companies should
reals something more than just recommendations videos to exit the application.
I think there should be an off and on feature where the users sets time when
the app will close and not be reopened until the next day. No matter who access
code you can be given. Sleep is the best medicine.
